To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted. The item should be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Proper packaging is essential to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature or promotional status. This includes products purchased during clearance sales, special discounts, or final sale events. Customized, personalized, or limited-edition items are also non-returnable. Additionally, items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted. Airwyens is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Return Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection once received by our team. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the product passes our quality checks. If the item does not meet our return criteria, it may be sent back to the customer without a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
